What You'll Do
As a Strategic Account Manager, you will oversee key customer relationships within some of the nation’s largest healthcare organizations, including integrated delivery networks, medical groups, and government entities. You will act as the primary point of contact, guiding cross-functional teams to align with customer goals and deliver impactful solutions.
You will develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that reflect each customer’s unique business environment, financial drivers, and strategic priorities. By fostering trust-based partnerships, you will identify high-value opportunities and lead initiatives that support immunization advancements and long-term growth.
This role involves regular executive-level engagement, both internally and externally, to ensure alignment across departments and sustain momentum toward shared objectives. You will coordinate resources, lead planning discussions, and facilitate collaboration to maximize customer value and organizational impact.
Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree and have at least five years of experience in field sales or account management within the healthcare sector
- Demonstrate a solid grasp of health system operations, decision-making structures, and evolving market dynamics
- Show a history of successfully engaging senior-level stakeholders, including C-suite and director-level executives
- Proven ability to design and implement strategic plans in collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the flexibility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including for customer visits, conferences, and internal meetings
- Eligible for company insurance and able to operate a vehicle safely
