Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Strategic Account Manager to act as a trusted advisor and lead relationships with some of the largest and most complex healthcare accounts in France. In this high-impact remote role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs, delivering tailored diagnostic solutions, and driving measurable value.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders across healthcare systems to drive retention, penetration, and growth.
- Deliver comprehensive diagnostic solutions to large enterprise accounts, ensuring performance and customer satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with customer needs.
- Manage complex negotiations, contracts, and pricing to secure long-term commitments and sustainable growth.
- Conduct detailed account planning, sales forecasting, and align strategies with customer business objectives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to internal teams to strengthen commercial capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in consultative sales or strategic account management in B2B environments.
- Proven ability to engage with executives and C-suite stakeholders in healthcare, informatics, technology, or consulting.
- Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations, ideally with enterprise deals above €1M.
- Strong track record of operating at senior levels within a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
- Availability to travel frequently (up to 75% of the time).
