Genzyme Corporation, a Sanofi company, is hiring a Strategic Account Manager based in Boston. This role is pivotal in supporting Sanofi’s largest and most complex customers by facilitating the operational and logistical aspects of the Tzield end-to-end patient journey. You will connect key account stakeholders to enable decision-making, identify utilization gaps, and implement solutions.
What You'll Do
- Educate stakeholders on operational aspects of Tzield administration and integration, aligning on resource needs and best practices.
- Share insights from publicly available resources to support account infrastructure planning for Tzield.
- Develop a deep understanding of each account’s T1D care landscape, including screening, evaluation, and treatment logistics.
- Collaborate with Sanofi teams to create and execute strategic account plans, establishing the account as an effective site of care.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree.
- Broad understanding of healthcare business with a proven track record of C- and D-suite engagement.
- Extensive field sales and account management experience.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Robust business acumen and ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.

- MBA or other advanced degree.

- Compensation range: $144,750.00 - $209,083.33.
