ICEYE was looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Banking

ICEYE is looking for a Strategic Account Manager - Banking to introduce and sell our suite of Natural Catastrophe Solutions to banks and financial institutions across the UK and Europe. You will develop strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities, upselling, and cross-selling solutions aligned with customer needs.
  • Understand client business goals and ensure alignment between client expectations and company deliverables.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success Team to coordinate internal resources and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans for your region, including forecasting, budgeting, and business reviews.
  • Collaborate with business development and marketing on account-based campaigns to increase lead generation.
  • Analyze account performance using key metrics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Resolve complex issues quickly and effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What We're Looking For

  • Passion for developing new markets, selling solutions, building relationships, and solving complex problems.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with strong social skills.
  • Comfortable communicating complex ideas to audiences with limited understanding of our solutions.
  • At least 5 years of direct sales experience with banks and financial institutions.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with a globally distributed team.
  • Ability to travel internationally to meet clients and attend conferences.

Nice to Have

  • Fluency in a major European language.
  • Geospatial experience.
  • An understanding of natural catastrophes.
