About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and growing strategic accounts across the western United States, using a consultative approach to understand client needs and deliver customized solutions that support sustained revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead ongoing business development efforts with major clients in Western regions
- Develop deep understanding of customer goals and challenges
- Create and execute account plans to expand product adoption
- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives
- Drive contract negotiations and renewals
- Identify new revenue opportunities within existing accounts
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic customers
- Present product value propositions to executive stakeholders
- Track and report on account performance metrics
- Coordinate cross-functional support during client onboarding
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Forecast revenue with precision and consistency
- Respond to client inquiries with timely and accurate information
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape
- Support the development of case studies and success stories
- Participate in strategic planning sessions
- Travel to client sites as needed
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery teams
- Escalate technical or operational issues when necessary
