ezCater is hiring a Strategic Account Executive (Remote)

About the Role

ezCater is looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive revenue and foster client relationships. In this remote role, you will own a book of 40-60 prioritized accounts, creating and executing development plans to acquire new orderers and locations while retaining and maximizing existing spend.

What You'll Do

  • Manage a portfolio of 40-60 prioritized accounts across acquisition, retention, and development lifecycles.
  • Build and execute an Account Plan to acquire net new orderers, locations, and product adoption while retaining existing spend.
  • Own account relationships end-to-end, driving full adoption and utilization of ezCater solutions.
  • Build pipeline by identifying new sales opportunities through self-prospecting and working inbound leads.
  • Deliver accurate weekly reporting on pipeline and customer spend adoption.
  • Provide strategic account engagement to help customers implement solutions for procurement and workplace food challenges.
  • Drive spend adoption by advising customers on best practices.
  • Relay market needs and requirements back to internal Product, Technical, and Supply teams.
  • Represent ezCater at customer-facing events like industry conferences and tradeshows.
  • Travel 25% of the year for Sales Kick Off, Together Weeks, and customer visits.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B and/or Enterprise sales experience selling into complex/networked organizations.
  • Demonstrated track record of owning the full sales life cycle from identifying to closing deals.
  • Demonstrated track record of positioning and selling solutions to new and existing customers and market segments.
  • Experience selling to procurement and/or supply chain roles.
  • Expert use of G-Suite and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Experience owning customer-facing communication including leading meetings, demos, or trainings.
  • Demonstrated success identifying, prioritizing, developing, and growing a book of Strategic customer accounts.
