Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, is hiring a Strategic Account Executive to own the sales strategy and drive consistent revenue and market share growth at assigned global accounts. This remote role aligns closely with customer strategic initiatives and internal cross-functional teams to maximize business opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Deliver consistent revenue and share growth at your assigned global account.
- Serve as the primary owner of the global sales strategy and tactical deployment.
- Develop and maintain a Strategic Account Management Plan (SAMP) for each account, utilizing CRM to coordinate actions.
- Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs at assigned OEMs.
- Maximize new business opportunities via the execution of Business Unit Playbooks.
- Identify and manage customer-generated scorecards internally with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and close new business or penetration opportunities.
- Align your selling approach to meet the customer’s global strategic initiatives (Challenger Sales Model).
- Prompt customer stakeholder groups to explore ideas and concerns, serving as an educated facilitator to guide solutions.
- Work effectively in a team selling environment, communicating account strategy and tactics to local/field sales.
- Market products to address customer’s unspoken concerns using E-Commerce tools.
- Execute disciplined selling processes, such as documented planning (AOP, ATO, SAMP), to attain quota.
- Drive specification for DiRXN / Perceptiv (digital productivity platform).
- Communicate, implement, and monitor all account initiatives to ensure alignment across sales, marketing, and operations.
- Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Be aware of key societies/organizations supported by the account to drive collaborative relationship building.
- Identify Regal Rexnord product gaps to promote New Product Development ideas.
- Anticipate global competitive conditions and industry trends, creating strategies to address challenges.
- Work with Business Unit Leadership & Engineering Management to evaluate and execute strategies for industry promotion.
- Maintain cross-BU awareness to sell Regal Rexnord Power Train Packages and Solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering.
- Willingness to travel an estimated 50% including international travel.

- 10+ years of Commercial/Technical Sales and/or Marketing experience.
