About the Role
This role is responsible for driving new revenue by acquiring clients in the media intelligence space through consultative selling, relationship building, and strategic outreach.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in media intelligence
- Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect challenges
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations
- Build relationships with decision-makers in target organizations
- Develop and execute account-based selling strategies
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals
- Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns
- Maintain accurate CRM records for all sales activities
- Partner with customer success to ensure smooth onboarding
- Stay informed about industry trends in media monitoring
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Respond to RFPs and procurement processes
- Track and report on monthly sales performance
- Align with regional sales goals and quotas
- Educate prospects on platform capabilities and use cases
- Identify expansion opportunities within client accounts
- Work with legal and finance teams on contract terms
- Represent the company at virtual and in-person events
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Follow up with leads in a timely and professional manner
- Use data to prioritize high-potential prospects
- Develop executive-level communication materials
- Manage sales cycles from initial contact to close
- Support cross-functional initiatives as needed
- Maintain knowledge of competitor offerings
