Responsibilities

- Act as primary point of contact for key accounts in the eastern region
- Coordinate internal resources to meet client expectations
- Advocate for customer needs within the organization
- Track and report on account health and growth indicators
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Support product feedback loops with development teams
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with clients
- Ensure alignment between client objectives and service delivery
