MeetingTomorrow is seeking a Strategic Account Director to own and nurture our most important client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term partnership success.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
- Build deep, trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Drive client retention, renewal, and expansion of services.
- Proactively identify client needs and align MeetingTomorrow’s solutions.
- Advocate for client needs internally to shape product and service direction.
- Analyze account health metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a strategic account management or client success role.
- Strong ability to build executive-level relationships.
- Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding key accounts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
