MeetingTomorrow is seeking a Strategic Account Director to own and nurture our most important client relationships. You will be responsible for understanding client goals, driving adoption, and ensuring long-term partnership success.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans for key clients.
  • Build deep, trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Drive client retention, renewal, and expansion of services.
  • Proactively identify client needs and align MeetingTomorrow’s solutions.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to shape product and service direction.
  • Analyze account health metrics and implement strategies for improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a strategic account management or client success role.
  • Strong ability to build executive-level relationships.
  • Demonstrated success in retaining and expanding key accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States Only.
