CVS Health is looking for a Store Manager In Training to join our team. This is a development-focused role designed to prepare you for a Store Manager position through a 16-week, self-paced training program combining virtual and hands-on learning. You'll support store operations, lead a team, and manage inventory to drive sales and profitability, helping people on their path to better health.
What You'll Do
- Communicate effectively to support and lead your team.
- Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
- Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
- Manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.
- Actively engage in Key Learning Experiences to support your path to promotion.
- Support your store as a management team member, leading in a manner consistent with CVS values.
- Engage colleagues in support of the company's purpose.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED.
- Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager at any location in the designated market.
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market.
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor.
