Sleep Number was looking for a Store Manager

Sleep Number is looking for a Store Manager to grow your retail sales career with unlimited earning potential in a team-oriented learning environment. You will convey a passion for our products and customers as a trusted and respected team leader.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure a world-class customer experience by utilizing a proven sales process to discover customer sleep needs.
  • Build relationships with customers and team, communicating product features, benefits, and promotions.
  • Lead store operations, recruiting, management, training, and sales functions to ensure productivity.
  • Leverage company programs and tools to generate local market awareness and drive store traffic.
  • Hold self and team accountable for becoming trusted 'Sleep Experts' and consistently exceeding sales goals.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of proven sales management or team leadership experience with a track record of exceeding goals.
  • Prior success recruiting, training, engaging, and retaining top talent.
  • Able to lead by example in a fast-paced, growth-oriented work environment; committed to continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule; typical retail hours to include evenings and weekends.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to demonstrate English language proficiency.
  • Minimum H.S. diploma or equivalent required.

Nice to Have

  • Experience preferably in a high-end or specialty retail environment.
  • Adept at using technology for store operations and sales presentations; early adopters preferred.
  • Second language skills encouraged.
  • Additional education and training preferred.
