Puig is looking for a Store Manager to launch and lead the new Byredo Covent Garden Store. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of the store's success, from achieving sales objectives and maintaining impeccable standards to building and developing a highly motivated team. You will embody the Byredo brand while operating within Puig's family company culture of wellness, confidence, and self-expression.
What You'll Do
- Oversee overall store operations, including staff, merchandise, and customer service.
- Achieve sales objectives and maintain the highest operational and merchandising standards.
- Build, coach, and develop highly motivated teams.
- Analyze sales reports and data to determine business needs and set strategies.
- Support Fragrance Consultants in developing their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Demonstrate sales leadership through active presence on the selling floor.
- Ensure all team members provide the highest level of customer service.
- Resolve customer problems and complaints quickly and effectively.
- Manage store staffing levels and partner with Talent Acquisition to fill vacancies.
- Understand and execute cash control procedures including bank deposits.
- Partner with operations, logistics, and product teams to ensure optimal store assortment.
- Ensure the selling floor is always visually perfect and reflects current brand direction.
- Continually evaluate team performance and provide constant feedback.
