What You'll Do
- Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively resolving service issues.
- Focus on the customer with warm greetings, eye contact, and assistance locating items.
- Accurately perform cashier duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions following company policies.
- Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks.
- Support opening and closing store activities.
- Provide customer support across all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring they are fully stocked and operational.
- Assist pharmacy personnel when needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth and development.
- Embrace and advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs that support helping people on their path to better health.
What We're Looking For
- At least 16 years of age.
