Coca-Cola FEMSA is hiring a Store Advisor in Nogales. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational and commercial standards, managing the administrative control of merchandise and cash, and developing store personnel to guarantee customer satisfaction and increase sales.
What You'll Do
- Ensure compliance with store operation standards based on established processes for correct store operation and guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage detected areas of opportunity and ensure the proper setup of the store according to established norms, policies, and standards to improve commercial and operational execution as well as increase sales.
- Guarantee administrative control of merchandise and cash in the store, complying with control guidelines and standards to obtain a result within the established range.
- Review the optimal functioning of store equipment and facilities by verifying preventive maintenance and reporting faults through the portal to ensure correct store operation.
- Administer activities and action plans to ensure the correct operation and marketing of the store according to established standards and meet customer needs.
- Ensure the correct administration of store personnel according to Vector Gente guidelines to maintain a complete team and fulfill the value proposition.
- Guarantee conditions that safeguard the integrity of employees and the store through the setup of equipment and safety topics to maintain a secure environment.
- Foster the development of Store Leaders according to company definitions in performance and activity management to achieve their retention and growth within the organization.
- Comply with the application of Company Culture processes and rituals so they are transmitted and communicated to all collaborators.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in: Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or related Commercial Area careers.
- Experience in Talent Development, KPI Management, and Results Orientation.
- Competencies: Strategic Vision, Organization and Execution, Customer Orientation, and Talent Development.
- Valid driver's license.
- Schedule availability.

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Nogales.
