Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing customer interactions related to order processing, documentation, and quotations.
- Address diverse customer inquiries in a timely manner, offering resolutions or forwarding to the Operations Supervisor when necessary.
- Keep customer and supplier records current within the warehouse management system.
- Engage with customers professionally through various communication methods such as phone and email.
- Coordinate with internal and external departments as needed.
- Record account modifications and relevant details in the internal warehouse management system.
- Verify supplier transactions against scheduled bookings for accuracy.
- Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain updated lead times for orders.
- Inform management promptly of any issues involving non-compliance.
- Perform additional assigned tasks as required.
Compensation
£30,349 per annum
