Kerzner International, a premier operator of luxury hotels and resorts, is looking for a dedicated Steward/Cleaner. In this role, you will be committed to maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and care, acting with honesty and integrity to deliver consistently excellent service. You will play a direct part in creating joy for our guests through precision and attention to detail.
What You'll Do
- Ensure hygiene is maintained as per food safety standards.
- Demonstrate knowledge in using all chemicals within the stewarding department.
- Work effectively across all resort outlets as needed.
- Take great care of materials to avoid breakage.
- Exercise great precaution while cleaning electrical apparatus.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role within an International Ultra-Luxury Resort.
- Practical knowledge of proper chemical use.
- A valid food handler's certificate.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Mauritius.
