Deliver comprehensive outpatient mental health services entirely remotely to individuals across Idaho. This role is designed for independently licensed therapists who value structured, evidence-based care within a supportive clinical environment. You’ll provide consistent therapy to patients with lower to moderate behavioral health needs, including anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, mood disorders, and OCD, while benefiting from a system built by clinicians to reduce overhead and enhance clinical focus.
Role Details
Therapists conduct 60-minute intake and follow-up sessions and maintain a predictable caseload within defined outpatient workflows. The model excludes inpatient care, crisis response, and intensive outpatient (IOP) or partial hospitalization (PHP) on-call duties. You’ll practice autonomously while having access to internal psychiatric consultation and clinical leadership for guidance and collaboration.
All administrative responsibilities—such as scheduling, billing, credentialing, and licensing support—are managed by the organization, allowing you to focus fully on patient care. A technology package is provided to ensure seamless remote operations.
Qualifications
- Must hold an independent clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) with active, unrestricted status
- Required to have two active state licenses (exceptions for CA, NY, and MA)
- Demonstrated experience managing outpatient caseloads independently
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication abilities
- Comfort working in a structured yet flexible virtual care environment
Preferred experience includes outpatient or community mental health settings, hospitals, or IOP programs, with familiarity in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, ACT, MI, or DBT-informed approaches.
