About the Role
This opportunity is designed for Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to build a practice from the ground up, serving families in Colorado with evidence-based ABA therapy.
Responsibilities
- Deliver assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder
- Supervise registered behavior technicians during therapy sessions
- Collaborate with families to track progress and adjust interventions
- Conduct regular data reviews to ensure treatment effectiveness
- Ensure all clinical documentation meets ethical and regulatory standards
- Train caregivers on behavior intervention strategies
- Coordinate with schools and other service providers as needed
- Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development
- Support quality assurance initiatives within the practice
Nice to Have
- Experience working in home-based ABA settings
- Familiarity with Colorado Medicaid requirements for ABA services
- Prior practice-building or leadership experience
- Spanish language proficiency
- Experience training RBTs or supervising clinical staff
