Responsibilities
- Update software versions for products such as VBM, PACMED, PACVision, CountAssist, and BlistAssist across client systems, as time allows
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical malfunctions in equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair computer hardware failures
- Address software-related issues affecting system performance
- Resolve network connectivity problems impacting operations
- Support users experiencing difficulties with system functionality
- Deliver technical support for Windows environments with strong familiarity in Microsoft Windows applications
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system for all automated devices
- Document all customer communications and troubleshooting steps in the call tracking database
- Learn and apply technical knowledge of newly introduced products and solutions
- Provide remote assistance to field technicians during service calls
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the team
Requirements
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Capacity to work with minimal supervision
- Advanced proficiency in supporting the Microsoft Windows suite
- Strong skills in using Windows applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Clear and effective communication in both writing and speech
- Strong organizational abilities with a focus on task prioritization and multitasking
- Fluent in both French and English, spoken and written
- Proficient in spoken and written English, necessary for supporting clients outside Quebec and in the United States
