McKesson is hiring a Level 1 Analyst Intern for the Fall 2025 term. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively updating software versions across the client base and resolving technical issues. You will provide daily support to internal and external clients located outside Quebec and/or in the United States.
What You'll Do
- Proactively update software versions across the client base for products like VBM, PACMED, PACVision, CountAssist, and BlistAssist.
- Resolve issues related to mechanical failures, computer hardware failures, software failures, network problems, and user issues.
- Provide hardware and software support in a Windows environment.
- Record and maintain accurate information within the ticketing system for all Automation devices.
- Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting actions into the department’s call tracking system.
- Acquire technical knowledge for all new products and solutions that need to be supported.
- Remotely assist and support field service technicians.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
