About the Role

Pfizer is looking for a Health Representative to build and maintain relationships with our client groups, explain product benefits, and drive the promotion of our portfolio within an assigned territory. Guided by our values of courage, joy, equity, and excellence, you will be a key part of our patient-centric mission to transform lives.

What You'll Do

  • Promote the product portfolio in the entrusted territory in accordance with the current marketing strategy.
  • Realize up to 50% of promotion through digital channels.
  • Continuously develop product and medical knowledge compliant with the SmPC and use it in customer contacts.
  • Analyze territory in terms of healthcare professionals, environment, opportunities, and segmentations.
  • Monitor and provide supervisor with information about the market environment.
  • Participate internally on tactics and strategies together with sales and marketing teams.
  • Achieve sales targets.
  • Plan and implement promotional activities timely in accordance with the respective territory business plan.
  • Manage promotional budget adequate to the current situation and needs in the territory.
  • Report activities and expenses in accordance with the agreed schedule.
  • Perform other tasks and projects agreed with the line manager.
  • Comply with company procedures and operate in accordance with applicable regulations and laws.
  • Build 'One Pfizer' by properly communicating Pfizer values and one goal attitude.

What We're Looking For

  • Good spoken and written local language.
  • English language required.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Driving license category 'B'.
  • Commitment to 'One Pfizer'.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational, and selling skills.
  • Positive attitude to digital technology and building capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • No previous experience in this position or the pharmaceutical sector is an advantage.
  • Educated to degree level in medicine, biology, or pharmacy is an advantage.

Team & Environment

You will report to a Manager Brand Lead. You'll work with Brand Lead colleagues, Medical Affairs Scientists, Business Support Colleagues, Network Account Managers, Content & Channel Managers, and Business Operations.
