About the Role
This position provides administrative and operational support to the staffing team by managing candidate workflows, maintaining records, and ensuring a positive experience for applicants and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate candidate interviews and schedule meetings across time zones
- Maintain up-to-date applicant tracking system records
- Distribute job postings across multiple platforms
- Screen resumes for alignment with open roles
- Prepare onboarding documentation for new hires
- Communicate with applicants about application status
- Support recruiters with data entry and file management
- Track hiring metrics and generate weekly reports
- Organize recruitment events and job fairs
- Verify employment eligibility documentation
- Assist in drafting offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate reference checks for finalist candidates
- Update internal databases with candidate progress
- Respond to candidate inquiries via phone and email
- Ensure compliance with company policies during hiring
- Maintain confidentiality of personnel information
- Assist in developing recruitment materials
- Monitor job board performance and usage
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Prepare interview scorecards and feedback forms
- Liaise between hiring managers and candidates
- Track time-to-fill and cost-per-hire indicators
- Archive inactive applicant files securely
- Assist in relocation coordination for new employees
- Manage calendar for recruitment team members
Nice to Have
