Responsibilities
- Work closely with potential customers to assess compatibility between their applications and the platform.
- Provide clear insight into the platform's technical strengths and constraints for both existing and prospective clients.
- Position the platform as a top-tier option compared to alternative technologies and system designs.
- Support customer engineering teams in increasing platform usage and integration within live systems.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to build and implement strategic account growth plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key technical stakeholders to maximize platform utilization.
