About the Role

The position involves solving systemic challenges across interconnected services, designing scalable and maintainable systems, and aligning technical leadership with business impact across multiple product domains.

Responsibilities

Define core technical architecture for large-scale platform initiatives and identify organization-wide opportunities, shaping long-term technical roadmaps.
Transform ambiguous, complex problems into clear, actionable technical plans by designing simple, well-documented, and maintainable systems accessible to engineers at all levels.
Champion engineering quality across broad domains by setting standards, enforcing best practices, and guiding trade-off decisions in software, data, and product development.
Serve as a technical leader and mentor, advising management on project direction and accelerating the growth of senior engineers without formal authority.
Lead technical hiring efforts by setting evaluation benchmarks for senior and principal roles across recruitment, sourcing, and internal mobility processes.
