Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Design, and Operations to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.

Platform Engineering Expertise: Proven track record of building and maintaining highly abstracted, extensible platforms (technical or business-focused) in a high-growth environment.
Architecture at Scale: Deep experience designing distributed systems that handle high-concurrency and mission-critical financial flows.
Resilient Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through periods of ambiguity, organizational change, or complex system migrations.

Investments Domain Knowledge: Prior experience with brokerage systems, asset classes (equities, fixed income), or financial regulatory environments.
Cloud-Native Fluency: Deep familiarity with AWS or similar cloud providers and modern CI/CD practices.
Pragmatic Problem Solving: Experience balancing the need for architectural purity with the necessity of delivering business value in a fast-paced setting.
