Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to user delivery, while managing technical direction and adapting to evolving project needs
- Collaborate directly with clients to assess business objectives and align technical solutions with their requirements
- Work with Product and Design teams to define product specifications, select suitable system architectures, and plan development workflows
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing engineering culture within client teams and across the organization
- Provide technical mentorship to engineers on various teams, fostering professional development and enhancing team effectiveness
