Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end technical development and deployment of core platform features, including architecture design, API specifications, and ongoing iteration.
- Establish and enforce engineering standards across the codebase, ensuring high levels of code quality, performance, reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a key technical advisor in cross-functional planning sessions with product, machine learning, cloud infrastructure, and engineering leadership to align technology with business goals.
- Spearhead platform-wide improvements in scalability and maintainability, including service modularization, monitoring, CI/CD pipelines, and developer efficiency.
- Take ownership of critical incident resolution for cloud services and lead follow-up analyses to implement long-term reliability fixes.
- Guide and develop senior and principal-level engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collective code ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Assess and promote emerging technologies, including generative AI integrations and modern cloud tools, to enhance the platform's competitive edge in document intelligence.
