Responsibilities
- Build and maintain fullstack systems using React for frontend interfaces, TypeScript for robust typing, and GraphQL to streamline data queries.
- Lead projects from concept through deployment, including architectural design, coding, testing, release, and ongoing monitoring.
- Leverage artificial intelligence-assisted development tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or comparable platforms to improve coding efficiency and software quality.
- Work closely with product teams to quickly refine and deliver features that meet user requirements and strategic objectives.
- Enhance application performance, scalability, and security, resolving live production issues as needed.
- Participate in peer code reviews and help shape engineering standards within an agile, fast-paced team structure.
- Monitor advancements in fullstack development, AI integration, and healthcare technology to guide future technical direction.
Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $220,000 annually, based on experience, plus stock options in a growing company.
Work Arrangement
Remote-first with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX.
