Responsibilities
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members and stakeholders
- Collaborate with business leaders to define objectives and convert them into technical designs and requirements
- Use data and iterative methods to guide product development decisions
- Provide accurate estimates for project scope and delivery timelines
- Guide and support other engineers in adopting strong engineering standards and practices
- Design and implement technical solutions that meet business needs with an emphasis on scalability, reliability, performance, maintainability, and future growth
- Develop software using current, reliable, and modern technology stacks
