About the Role
The position involves delivering psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans for patients in an inpatient setting, ensuring high-quality care through collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and adherence to clinical best practices.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments for admitted patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications
- Lead or participate in treatment team meetings
- Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Document clinical findings and treatment outcomes
