In this position, you'll lead a critical product framework, driving innovation and scaling complex B2B onboarding solutions in a high-dependency, regulated environment that impacts millions of users worldwide.
What You'll Do
- Hands-on leadership of a key product framework at Deel
- Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team for bug fixes and escalation remediation
- Build and nurture working relationships, manage stakeholders and partners across the Deel product platform and non-tech teams
- Build industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment
- Be part of the journey to redefine a way of working for people all round the world
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role
- Performed as a Lead, Staff or similar IC Product Manager for 2 years
- Previous experience of building and scaling complex B2B onboarding products/features across multiple user-types
- Experience working with regulated products with compliance or cross-border considerations
- Demonstrated success building products in a fast-paced, high-velocity, outcomes-driven environment (ideally scale up/start-up)
- A strong level of understanding frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
- A systems thinker and pragmatic approach to solving for highly complex problems

- Preferably based in EMEA timezone or up to +/- 3-4 hours
