Responsibilities
- Define product vision and roadmap for AI-enhanced identity management systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to develop secure, scalable governance frameworks
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback to guide feature development
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape in identity and access management
- Work with data scientists to integrate AI models into identity workflows
- Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and industry standards
- Drive user research to understand enterprise identity challenges
- Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch
- Partner with security experts to validate system integrity
- Lead sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Monitor key performance metrics post-release
- Coordinate with UX designers to create intuitive interfaces
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new identity features
- Present updates to executive stakeholders
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles
- Evaluate third-party tools and integrations for identity ecosystems
- Support customer success teams with technical guidance
- Maintain documentation for product features and policies
- Identify opportunities to automate identity governance processes
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technology or business-related discipline
- Direct experience with AI-driven identity solutions
- Prior work in cybersecurity or identity governance domains
- Familiarity with machine learning operations (MLOps)
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP
- Experience in high-growth tech companies
- Knowledge of zero-trust security models
- Background in open-source identity projects
- Public speaking or conference presentation experience
- Fluency in multiple programming languages
