EX Squared is looking for a Staff Product Designer to lead design strategy and execution for our products. You will be the primary owner of the design process, from initial research to high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process for key product initiatives
- Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes
- Define and maintain design systems and component libraries
- Collaborate closely with product management and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
- Significant experience in a senior or staff-level product design role
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design for complex digital products
- Proven ability to lead design projects from concept to shipped product
- Strong skills in modern design and prototyping tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within California.
