CrewBloom is seeking a Senior Retention & Lifecycle Designer to take ownership and elevate all lifecycle creative across our portfolio of brands. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for setting the creative standard, managing our designer VAs, and ensuring every customer touchpoint is intentional, on-brand, and compliant.
What You'll Do
- Own lifecycle design output across email, SMS, direct mail, and emerging lifecycle touchpoints for all brands.
- Manage, prioritize, and project-manage the workload of designer VAs to ensure predictable timelines and high-quality execution.
- Partner closely with Brand to maintain cohesive visual expression, brand integrity, and creative vision across lifecycle channels.
- Act as the creative liaison between Retention and Brand teams, ensuring alignment without slowing velocity.
- Provide light copy editing and brand-voice gut checks to ensure messaging feels sharp, clear, and on-brand.
- Implement and enforce compliance-aligned creative guardrails, serving as a second set of eyes before launch.
- Establish and document lifecycle design best practices, workflows, and QA standards.
- Continuously improve creative velocity while maintaining a high bar for quality and consistency.
What We're Looking For
- 4-6 years of experience designing for DTC, CPG, or consumer brands.
- Worked on lifecycle or performance-focused creative, with email, SMS, and retention channels preferred.
- Highly proficient in Figma or an equivalent design tool.
- Understands lifecycle channels and how design impacts performance and customer experience.
- Comfortable reviewing and lightly editing copy for tone, clarity, and brand alignment.
- Can interpret compliance guidance and apply it thoughtfully to creative execution.
- Is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under high volume.
- Communicates proactively and collaborates well across teams.
- Balances quality with speed and enjoys building systems that scale.
- Uses AI and modern tools to improve workflow efficiency.
