MLabs is looking for a Lead Product Designer to shape the design of the next generation unified yield engine platform for the crypto economy. You will own the user experience, brand, and design system from the ground up, building simple and delightful experiences in a complex Web3/DeFi ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Own the entire user experience, brand identity, and design system for the protocol.
- Foster design thinking, simplicity, and clarity across all product touchpoints in the complex Decentralized Finance (DeFi) ecosystem.
- Own design problems from initial research and conceptualisation through shipping production-ready interfaces.
- Deliver incredible designs quickly and iterate rapidly in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to translate complex protocol mechanics into intuitive user flows.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience designing and shipping complex crypto or fintech products to market.
- Deeply empathize with the end-user and champion simplicity and clarity in product design.
- Proven ability to own and deliver across the full spectrum of design, including UX (User Experience), UI (Visual Design), and Brand Design.
- Track record of delivering high-quality designs quickly and iterating rapidly based on user feedback and product needs.
- Experience owning design problems end-to-end, from initial research, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, through final implementation and testing.
