Infomineo is looking for a data-driven and design-thinking oriented UX Researcher to join our Product team. This role operates at the intersection of discovery, validation, and design, responsible for end-to-end product validation from initial concept to feature prioritization.

What You'll Do

Plan and execute cross-functional Design Sprints or Venture Design sprints to map user journeys, sketch solutions, and decide on the MVP.
Facilitate workshops to identify deep user pain points and unmet needs, moving beyond problem identification to propose tangible solutions.
Ensure sprint outcomes align with broader company goals and business viability.
Create low-to-mid fidelity prototypes (wireframes, click-throughs) to visualize potential solutions immediately following discovery sessions.
Conduct iterative testing on prototypes to validate ideas before development begins.
Set up quick feedback mechanisms to iterate on product design daily or weekly based on user inputs.
Design and deploy quantitative surveys to understand feature and product attribute priorities.
Utilize methodologies such as Conjoint Analysis, MaxDiff, and Kano Modeling to rank user preferences scientifically.
Apply inferential statistics to validate findings, calculating statistical significance, confidence intervals, and effect sizes.
Partner with Product and Development teams to marry log data with attitudinal survey data.
Work closely with Product Managers to translate quantitative insights into actionable improvements.
Democratize data by creating accessible dashboards and reports for stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
2-5 years of experience within product teams.
Proficiency in prototyping tools like Figma or similar to create testable artifacts.
Proficiency in statistical tools: Python (pandas, NumPy, SciPy), R or SPSS.
Proficiency and understanding of parametric and non-parametric statistical tests.
Proficiency with survey platforms like Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Typeform or similar.
SQL skills to query databases and build dashboards.
Strong facilitation skills to command a room, guide stakeholders through ambiguity, and run productive Design Sprints.
Ability to translate statistical concepts into clear, human-centric narratives that aid decision making.
A healthy skepticism of data, knowing when data is 'dirty' and how to check for bias.
