Launch Potato is hiring a Senior Product Designer to create user experiences that directly drive measurable business performance. You will blend strategy, aesthetics, and functionality across our web properties, using data to inform and validate every design decision.
What You'll Do
- Deliver complete, test-ready user experiences—from concept through high-fidelity prototypes and developer hand-off—backed by A/B test results and user insights.
- Independently lead design projects across all stages: stakeholder alignment, UX strategy, UI development, and post-test iteration.
- Generate UX insights by analyzing behavioral data, key metrics like CVR and RPS, heatmaps, and user recordings.
- Identify and proactively improve underperforming experiences through iterative UX/CRO design.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business goals and technical constraints.
- Champion and mentor design best practices, sharing knowledge and driving UX strategy across the organization.
- Propose and implement design process improvements that enhance experimentation velocity and design scalability.
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of UX/UI experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or a similar data-driven environment.
- Expertise in data-informed design focused on optimizing key metrics like conversion rate and revenue per session.
- Mastery of Figma or similar wireframing/prototyping tools; fluency with the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with developers and executing A/B tests for CRO.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to present design rationale across technical and non-technical audiences.

- Compensation range: $150,000 to $180,000 per year.
