Calling all Pharmacy professionals! We're looking for a Staff Pharmacist to join our team in Hamilton, OH. What You'll be Doing: • Fill prescriptions with precision and safety • Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, team members, and leadership • Hold pharmacy technicians accountable while helping them grow • Mentor and educate technicians to become top-notch team members • Motivate the team to hit their highest potential • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Meijer policies, state, and federal pharmacy regulations • Communicate effectively and drive positive change • Organize workflow like a pro, with killer prioritization skills • Provide exceptional customer service by truly listening to patient needs • Step up to manage pharmacy operations when the lead pharmacist is unavailable • Perform and oversee clinical services, including immunizations • Be flexible and ready to tackle additional responsibilities as they arise What You Bring With You (Qualifications): • Bachelor of Science Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy • Registered and licensed in the state of practice • Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana) • Experience in Retail/Community Practice • Strong understanding of pharmacy systems, policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
