Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Kubernetes clusters across cloud environments
- Maintain high availability and performance of container orchestration systems
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline deployment workflows
- Implement monitoring and alerting for cluster health and resource usage
- Troubleshoot complex issues in production and staging environments
- Enforce security policies within Kubernetes configurations
- Optimize resource allocation and cost efficiency in cluster operations
- Lead incident response efforts related to container infrastructure
- Develop automation tools for provisioning and managing clusters
- Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execution
- Ensure compliance with internal security and audit standards
- Mentor engineers on Kubernetes best practices
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies into the container ecosystem
- Participate in architecture reviews and system design discussions
- Support CI/CD pipelines with reliable, scalable infrastructure
Nice to Have
- Experience with service mesh technologies like Istio or Linkerd
- Contributions to open-source Kubernetes-related projects
- Certifications such as CKA or CKAD
- Background in identity or access management systems
- Familiarity with zero-trust security models
- Experience scaling clusters to thousands of nodes

- Prior work in password management or security-focused products
