- Lead architectural strategy by advancing scalable systems and long-term technical evolution across engineering teams.
- Collaborate directly with engineers to build robust services, distributed systems, and efficient data workflows.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data, and peer Staff Engineers to shape technical vision and alignment.
- Assess and deploy AI technologies that deliver measurable improvements to systems, processes, or product features.
- Establish standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks to support ethical and effective AI integration.
- Coach engineers and promote consistency across teams by simplifying complexity and fostering shared technical direction.
