This position is responsible for leading the development and evolution of the company's core data platform, ensuring it supports growing data demands with high reliability, performance, and security. The role involves deep technical work, collaboration across teams, and strategic planning to enable data-driven decision-making at scale.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data platform systems
- Ensure data reliability and consistency across pipelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs
- Optimize data storage and retrieval performance
- Maintain data security and compliance standards
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews
- Mentor engineers and promote best practices
- Drive automation of data workflows and monitoring
- Evaluate and integrate new data technologies

- Improve observability and alerting for data systems
- Support disaster recovery and data resilience planning
- Contribute to capacity planning and scalability efforts
