About the Role
The role involves working closely with sales and product teams to design and demonstrate AI-powered solutions for prospective clients, translating business challenges into technical implementations using real-world data and rapid prototyping.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and objectives
- Design and build proof-of-concept implementations using AI and machine learning
- Deliver technical demonstrations tailored to specific industry use cases
- Translate customer business problems into scalable technical architectures
- Prototype data pipelines and model workflows quickly and effectively
- Support RFP responses with accurate and innovative technical solutions
- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer interactions
- Stay current with advancements in AI, ML, and data science practices
- Work with engineering to communicate field-driven feature requests
- Assist in defining best practices for deploying AI systems in production
- Present technical content to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate new tools and frameworks for applicability in client scenarios
- Ensure proposed solutions align with platform capabilities and limitations
- Document solution designs and implementation approaches clearly
- Troubleshoot and refine prototypes based on client feedback
Nice to Have
- Master’s or PhD in computer science, AI, or related discipline
- Prior experience in enterprise software or developer tools sales engineering
- Public contributions to AI/ML open-source projects
- Published research or patents in machine learning domains
- Experience with data-centric AI platforms or tools
