Contour Software is seeking a Staff Accountant to join the Finance team in a permanent full-time role. The individual will support financial closing processes, prepare reconciliations and management reports, analyze financial results, and assist with tax filings and billing operations for divisions within the Constellation Software Inc. (CSI) ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Assisting in the closing process - Recording and posting closing information
- Preparation of Balance Sheet reconciliations and management reports
- Detailed analysis of monthly, quarterly & annual financial results
- Bank payments and reconciliations
- Tax returns with IRS, HMRC & CRA
- Processing of customer billing and vendor invoices and employees expense reports
- Work closely with the line manager and other senior members of the company
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Qualified Professional Accountant from ACCA/CIMA/ICMA
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, using excel vlookup and pivot tables in data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
