ANZ is looking for an S&S Banking Consultant to deliver outstanding levels of sales and service. You will support customers with Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings, and processes through a blend of face-to-face interaction and inbound & outbound calls, balancing team, customer, risk, and performance outcomes. You will be part of a team that values digital empowerment and fluency, helping customers transition to a more convenient banking experience.
What You'll Do
- Deliver customer-obsessed service that drives customer satisfaction and first call resolution.
- Provide timely and accurate information on Everyday Banking enquiries, account openings and processes via telephone and online channels.
- Support and educate customers on how to use our digital platforms for personal banking, empowering them to self-serve.
- Provide support for digital onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new customers.
- Demonstrate the ability to listen, build trust and ask the right questions to exceed customer expectations.
- Contribute to a team culture balanced across people, customer, risk, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and external requirements, including legislative requirements such as Privacy and FSRA.

- Understanding of digital verification and ID validation systems used in customer onboarding.

- Ability to handle digital banking queries, empowering customers to manage their accounts online.

This is an onsite role located at the Suncorp Bundaberg Branch, Hinkler Central, 16 Maryborough Street, Bundaberg QLD 4670.
