As a Regional Lead Coordinator at Canada Life, you will play a key role within the regional leadership team. You will support leaders in their daily activities, ensure operational coordination, and contribute to implementing regional business plans within our mission to improve the financial, physical, and mental well-being of Canadians.
What You'll Do
- Support regional leaders with planning, meeting coordination, calendar and expense management
- Assist regional operations: Salesforce / Power BI reporting, budget tracking, business continuity plans, and contact updates
- Contribute to the implementation of regional business plans
- Organize and execute various events (internal, regional), including creating presentations and communications
- Support the planning and distribution of regional communications
- Ensure branch and office compliance within the region (reports, tracking, initiatives)
- Collaborate with internal teams (Leadership, Performance & Planning, Head Office) to continuously improve processes
What We're Looking For
- Bilingualism (mastery of French and English) is required, as the incumbent will regularly serve our Francophone and Anglophone clients
Nice to Have
- Experience in operations or sales support within financial services (a significant asset)
- Post-secondary education (an asset; equivalent experiences considered)
