We are looking for a Key Account Manager Immunology. This field-based role in Eastern Switzerland is responsible for informing dermatologists about our innovative products and establishing impactful projects, working with office- and hospital-based healthcare professionals.
What You'll Do
- Build and strengthen mutually beneficial and sustainable customer relationships to meet strategic and tactical objectives within the territory.
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and align field force strategies and activities to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure implementation of defined activities in accordance with strategic account plans.
- Use multiple communication channels (face to face and digital) to contact health care specialists.
- Establish our company as a valued partner in the immunology area in close collaboration with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL).
- Oversee periodical reporting for the First Line Manager and documentation in the CRM system.
- Proactively initiate, organize, and implement educational events in cooperation with the MSL and internal stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
- Medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven expertise in strategic account planning.
- Team player who appreciates working in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
Nice to Have
- Sales experience ideally in immunology.
- Experience and relationships in dermatology.
Team & Environment
You will be part of the local commercial operations team, working closely with the Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and internal stakeholders, and reporting to the First Line Manager.

This role follows a hybrid work model and is based in Eastern Switzerland.
