Neumora Therapeutics is hiring a Senior Director/Director, Clinical Scientist to provide scientific expertise across the entire lifecycle of our drug development programs. You will advance our mission of revolutionizing the treatment of brain diseases by ensuring the scientific integrity and operational excellence of our clinical trials.
What You'll Do
- Work with the SVP, Head of Clinical Development to create and maintain key strategic documents including clinical development plans, protocol synopses, and full protocols.
- Contribute to activities for products in later stages of development, including regulatory filings.
- Develop clinical sections for regulatory documents such as Investigators’ Brochures, briefing books, safety updates, and IND/NDA submissions.
- Analyze and interpret study data, ensuring all studies meet the highest ethical, safety, and GCP standards.
- Build effective relationships with key investigators and vendors to optimize the scientific quality of study design, execution, and reporting.
- Support the start-up and execution of new clinical trials.
- Write, review, and present abstracts, posters, and content for scientific meetings and publications.
- Conduct therapeutic area research and competitor analysis.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific or health-related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of technical and operational experience planning, executing, reporting, and publishing clinical studies in a pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Proven scientific and analytic ability.
- Ability to think both strategically and tactically.
- Strong interest in applied clinical research.
- Ability to work effectively in multifunctional teams.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Nice to Have
- Advanced degree (Master’s Degree, PhD, PharmD).
- A specific focus on drug development.
- CNS (Central Nervous System) experience.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to and work closely with the SVP, Head of Clinical Development.

- Compensation: $219,919-$281,275 + equity (New Hire Awards, Annual Awards, ESPP).
