SOTI is hiring a Technical Support Manager, EMEA to lead team leads and supporting engineers across the region. In this role, you will ensure the delivery of exceptional customer support, manage performance, and develop talent within a fast-paced, innovative environment committed to mobile and IoT management solutions.
What You'll Do
- Manage team leads and supporting engineers from level 1 to level 3.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings with all reporting team members.
- Ensure that all SLAs are met for customer responses.
- Provide performance reporting to management on a monthly basis.
- Coach and develop team members to ensure they perform and meet their career goals.
- Provide required resources to team members for smooth functioning of the department.
- Work closely with other departments to streamline processes for management.
- Implement required changes in processes and documentation to meet growing departmental requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Networking, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Minimum 3+ years of technical support management experience.
- Minimum 6+ years of experience as a technical support lead.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong problem solving abilities.
- Strong team player (i.e. flexible, hard-working, fast-learner, self-motivated, results-oriented).
- Knowledge of mobile computing platforms (Android, iOS).
- Knowledge of software technologies such as networking and databases.
Nice to Have
- Any prior experience working with mobile device management solutions.
- Any experience with Microsoft SQL.
