We are looking for a Sr. Account Manager for Dental Solutions in Zhengzhou to achieve sales objectives through independent coverage of assigned accounts. You will manage a sales territory with regular supervision, applying your skills to support customers' toughest challenges in healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Manage all sales activities, market development, and customer service within your assigned markets.
- Develop sales strategy, plans, and quantitative targets for customers aligned with company business goals.
- Coordinate product marketing and promotional efforts to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Establish and build relationships with existing accounts and new prospects through customer visits.
- Effectively plan and manage time and resources for optimal territory coverage and sales coordination.
What We're Looking For
- A university graduate with a Medical degree.
- More than two years of medical or pharmaceutical sales experience, specifically in the dental field.
- Strong learning agility and selling skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resilience to work under pressure and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- A mindset that is optimistic, hard-working, and innovative.
- Strong ownership, accountability, high integrity, and a customer service focus.
- Legal authorization to work in the country of employment without visa sponsorship.
